Our Holdings
Our real estate holdings aim to provide shareholders with repetitive returns, principally derived from the operation of income generating properties, from capital appreciation through investment in high yield real estate assets and from capital return generated from development projects and related investments primarily in Cyprus and Europe. Our holdings in Real Estate fall within three categories:

Income Generating Properties:
These holdings generally refer to acquisitions and developments of commercial buildings in Cyprus, that offer a steady and recurring rental income.

Development Properties:
From time to time, we may participate in real estate development projects in partnership with major local and international construction and real estate development companies.

Long Term Investments:
Plots of land in selected locations that may be developed or held until the asset appreciates in value. We currently hold a portfolio of plots of residential land in Cyprus, Romania (Central Bucharest) and Bulgaria (Black Sea touristic locations).

Demetra Tower

The property is a mixed-use building and is located in one of the busiest avenues (Limassol Avenue) of Nicosia city. The building’s energy class is B, and it comprises of 5 office floors and a gym on the ground floor with total area of c. 3,500 sqm.

Demetra Tower Limassol

The property is situated in Omonoias Avenue, Limassol and has great access to the city’s highway and to the port of Limassol. The building’s energy class is B+, and it comprises of ground floor, 3 office floors and a mezzanine with total area of c. 2,050 sqm.

Demetra Acropoleos Tower

The property is located on Acropolis Avenue, Nicosia and offers great access to city centre as well as to the motorway. It comprises of 3 office floors and a showroom on the ground floor and mezzanine with total area of c. 700 sqm.

The building which was recently renovated, is situated in the heart of Nicosia and has a total area of c. 1,350 sqm.

Katholikis Building

A listed property in the old city centre of Limassol. The building, with a total area of c. 760 sqm was renovated and underwent a complete static upgrade a few years ago.

Demetra Iphigenias Tower

The building is located within the municipal boundaries of Strovolos, Nicosia and it is a three-storey building with total area of c. 825 sqm. The surrounding area comprises of multi-storey buildings with shops and offices.

Gerasimou Markora Building

The building is located in the heart of Nicosia and offers great access to the main commercial roads of the city. Demetra owns two office floors with a total area of c. 440 sqm.

Tsigarides Building

The building is located in one of the main roads of Strovolos, Nicosia. Its immediate area consists of commercial buildings such as shops, offices and showrooms. Demetra owns the top three office floors with a total area of c. 1,700 sqm.

Engomi Business Center

The property is a mixed-use building situated in the Municipality of Engomi, Nicosia at the junction of 28th of October Avenue and Griva Digeni. Its immediate area consists of commercial buildings, showrooms, shops, “The Mall of Engomi” and University of Nicosia. Demetra owns a ground floor shop with a total area of c. 1,300 sqm.

11 plots with average area of 784 sqm located in Kiti, Larnaca. According to the current Planning Legislation, the properties fall within the Touristic Zone T2α, with building coefficient of 45%, coverage of 20%, 3 floors and maximum height of 13.10m.

Residential Plots in Kornos 

4 plots with average area of 1.689 sqm located in Kornos, Larnaca. According to the current Planning Legislation, all properties fall within the Residential Zone H6, with a building coefficient of 20%, coverage of 20%, 2 floors and maximum height of 8.30m.
